Living in Tiong Bahru, whenever friends are over for coffee, I always get the kuehs from the popular family run ‘Galicia’ situated one block away that sells the best kueh dar dar. Inside this pattern, you can find all our favourites – kueh tu tu, pineapple tart, kueh dar dar, peng kueh, ladoo, dumpling and otah-otah! This pattern celebrates the rich diversity and multiculturalism of this unique country.
